So today I am happily reading my emails and my dear friend,From Soldier's Angels, issued me a challenge, and me being me!Just couldn't resist.

Only trouble is I don't know Five Bloggers,But I did as I was told (for a change) and went and picked up the nearest book."The Blood-Dimmed Tide" written by Rennie Airth.Turned to page 56 as Instructed. and hers what follows:-

The various members of Joe Goram's family-his wife and two sons,his daughter and son-in-law-were all busy collecting and stowing items in the trio of caravans that were parked at the edge of the clearing in the shade of a beech tree. One young grandson, eyes fixed to the ground, was quartering the area, picking up bits of paper and other rubbish and depositing them in a sack. The 3 Amigo's

The picture is of the 3 Amigo's.

Lucy Lockett has a white blaze on her chest.Edwina Bear is the black and white dog in the middle and Katie Flannigan is in the front of the picture.

Lucy and Katie are sisters they will turn 3 years old on 11-1-2008.

They are Labrador x. Bear was 2 Years old the date of the picture.

They have been together since pups.Lucy is the Leader of the pack, if their is any mischief done its Lucy and Bear that have done it.Katie is a gentle placid little girl. She likes to stay beside me

and is quite happy to be where ever I am.All 3 dogs are real characters and no matter what they do I end up laughing so much it is very hard to get cross with them.I am a paraplegic and they will lift me back in my wheelchair when I get out of it to do gardening.They put me in bed and get me up in the mornings.They strip the Queen size bed once a week so I can wash the bedding.They will get things for me or pick things up when I drop them. and they can get the emergency number on the phone if I ever need it. When it is Spring and Autumn I take them for a walk to an area of scrub and let them off leash so they can play and explore.While I sit and watch them.They usually spend a couple of hours playing and exploring I call it their time. As soon as they get home all 3 make for the back yard and Bear goes in a wading pool and Lucy and Katie have an old bath tub filled with water so they can have a dip and cool off. It is impossible to walk them in Summer because the foot paths get too hot and in Winter it is too cold for me to go out as we get frosts and Fog. Summer the temprature reaches up in the 100o.F. and stays there for days and nights.We are fast heading in to Summer now and it is nice to see the sun and feel warm again.Christmas time The front yard gets decorated for Christmas.The displays are made up of cartoon characters I make out of wood during the year.Inside the dogs have a small decorated tree with gifts wrapped in Christmas paper.They have a ball Christmas day with their new toys, and the house has shredded paper from one end of the house to the other.But it is always a fun day and I get plenty of laughs.

Well thats about it for now.So in the words of the Terminator "I'll Be Back"!
